Job opportunity with ILGA-Europe - Financial and Administrative Officer

/News Release Agency - GayPressReleases.com/ ILGA-Europe has grown significantly in the past 10 years and we now require a Financial and Administrative Officer to be responsible for financial monitoring and reporting of our project partners in Russian-speaking countries, to assist with running an efficient office and to maintain sound administrative systems.

The job The Financial and Administrative Officer in conjunction with the Financial and Administrative Manager will be responsible for providing effective administrative and financial services to enable ILGA-Europe to achieve its objectives and ensure compliance with legal and funding requirements.

  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Experience in the administration of project budgets, processing of financial documents and related financial administrative tasks
  • Office-management experience with knowledge of office systems and procedures, calendar and travel management
  • Experience in event organising
  • Commitment to equal opportunities
  • Ability to relocate to Brussels and travel in Europe


Other requirements are:

Employment information: full-time position subject to continued funding for the post and successful completion of the 6 month probation period. Salary scale: Euros 41 387 — 46 163 in four annual increments, starting at the beginning of the scale. The organisation has a generous remuneration package, including contributing to local transportation costs, luncheon vouchers, a Pensions scheme for employees and family friendly' policies. Relocation support from within Europe to Brussels will be given where appropriate.
